Used/fragrant pillow

I believe I received a used pillow. As I opened the pillow, it smelled of a freshly laundered detergent. The laundry detergent smell was extremely strong. I emailed the company asking if they are reselling used pillows since mine smelled as it was just washed and I never heard back from them. I ordered couple of pillows from this company (never had any laundry smell on them before) which did not work, and they asked for their pillows to be returned, even once used which was very unusual to me since any other company would ask you to donate, but they are taking their used pillows back and possibly reselling. I donated the pillow and for hygienic purposes will never buy from this company again.

I searched online forever until I found Puredown Pro. The fact that these pillows were made in Germany was attractive to me as opposed to China or Taiwan etc. The [pillow just needs a fluff before I lay my head down and I sleep well all night.

Like sleeping on a cloud!I learned that pillow should be under your neck but not your shoulders, and it also should not be pressed against headboard, so not to create pressure on your neck. This pillow is very pliable and I can tuck it under my neck and create a shape I'm most comfortable with. Great purchase/ investment!
