Very disappointed

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter, she washed it before using it (as per washing instructions) the seams came apart and the feathers came out. Contacted customer service and was told they had to send an email to customer service?!? Didn’t receive a response so I called again the lady was very rude and she sent another email to customer service pointing out when my purchase was made in November and implied I was lying about use. Needless to say my daughter never got to use the blanket and the company is saying I’m past my 30 day window. The stitching is defective and should not come apart while washing. I’ve asked for a replacement or refund and am getting the run around. I do not recommend buying this item as the company does not stand behind their products.

My Wife likes it!

Christmas present for my wife. Our twenty plus year old European duvee wasn't just working like it used to. Living in northern California we needed an all season duvee replacement (mostly 9-10 months out of the year). With the older one, she always felt cold; The newer Puredownpro duvee, she felt the warmth she need. Believe me, my wife, is a tough women to please! You'll like it!

Sleeping Deeply Well

One year and it's heavenly for bedtime departure every time.
Our comforter did very well in the large commercial washer according to my partner's cleaning concoction found in a Youtube presentation.

I love the cotton shell and the fill has never changed.

You may know I'm waiting for a 2nd identical comforter as I write this, LOL.
It's due on the 23rd and this new one is the Stellar Blue.

This new comforter will result in two old, polyester fill quilts with synthetic shells to be donated to reach those in need.

Fluffy and cozy

I got the dark blue and the white comforters. They fluff up easily and are warm, but aren't too hot. My partner wishes they were a little "quieter" as the fabric isn't very soft and they do make a rustling sound when one of us moves around at night. But I don't notice it! Overall pleased with the purchase and would order again.
