People with an acute sense of smell may encounter a faint odor, regardless of how clean the down is. The odor is affected by heat, humidity, or moisture on the down for a prolonged period.

To remove the odor from a down bedding item, you need to dry it thoroughly to avoid mildew growth. One hot tip is to keep your down-filled product in the sun for a few hours before use or use a dryer.

Good quality comforter

I really love this comforter, is soft and light, warm and fresh enough.

Well here goes

I placed an order for the pinch pleat king size comforter in the blue color. I did not hear a thing back for a week. After patiently waiting, I reached out through the only contact, email. They replied back that it was sold out, and apologized that they had not notified me. They offered the pine green instead. I wrote back that I would prefer the grey if it was still available. If not send the green. They sent the green about 5 days later. No response about the grey being out of stock as well, just sent the green. When I received it, it was very nice, even if the purchase was less than stellar. It’s a bit noisy when you move under it, but it’s really nice. I had 2 comforters on my bed to stay warm, but I only need this one. It’s really warm. It’s got something on the corners to help secure it in a duvet case as well. I’m happy with the comforter, but can’t rave about the buying experience.

Very warm and luxurious comforter

This comforter feels great and looks great. Unfortunately, it's too warm for me. They call it "all-season" but I would say it's more of a winter comforter and for someone who is cool at night.

My Wife likes it!

Christmas present for my wife. Our twenty plus year old European duvee wasn't just working like it used to. Living in northern California we needed an all season duvee replacement (mostly 9-10 months out of the year). With the older one, she always felt cold; The newer Puredownpro duvee, she felt the warmth she need. Believe me, my wife, is a tough women to please! You'll like it!

Sleeping Deeply Well

One year and it's heavenly for bedtime departure every time.
Our comforter did very well in the large commercial washer according to my partner's cleaning concoction found in a Youtube presentation.

I love the cotton shell and the fill has never changed.

You may know I'm waiting for a 2nd identical comforter as I write this, LOL.
It's due on the 23rd and this new one is the Stellar Blue.

This new comforter will result in two old, polyester fill quilts with synthetic shells to be donated to reach those in need.
