Are down and feathers in this organic cotton pillow ethically sourced?

The down and feathers used in these down feather pillow have been certified to the RDS (Responsible Down Standard). RDS is a voluntary global standard aiming to ensure that the down and feathers used in these cozy comforters come from animals that have not been subjected to unnecessary harm.

I notice dark spots inside my down feather pillow. Did I receive a defective product?

If you see black spots through the white shell of your down bedding items, please don’t worry, the black thing is not dirt but naturally grown black or gray down and feathers. We don’t use any decolorizer to decolor the colorful down and feathers but control the rate at 1%, so it’s natural and healthy.

Can I use pillowcase with this down feather pillow?

Yes, you can use a pillowcase with this pillow. In fact, using a pillowcase is advisable to protect the luxury pillows and keep them clean.

I notice dark spots through the cover of this organic cotton pillow. Did I receive a defective product?

Please note that the small dark spots through the cover are crushed cotton exocarp, which is natural and safe.

How to wash my down feather pillow?

This feather down pillow is machine washable in cold water on a delicate cycle. We recommend using a pillowcase to prolong its use. Ensure proper care and shake these medium-firm density option in bedroom pillows frequently to restore their loft.

Why does my down bedding have a scent?

A faint scent is natural and comes from the essential oils in down that help keep it soft and resilient. Even high-quality, clean down may have a mild odor—especially noticeable to those with a sensitive sense of smell. Heat, humidity, or prolonged moisture exposure can make the scent more noticeable.

To reduce or eliminate the smell, air out your down bedding in the sun for a few hours or tumble dry it on low heat until fully dry. Proper drying also helps prevent mildew.
