Are the down and feathers in your down blankets ethically sourced?
The down and feathers used in blankets down have been certified by the RDS (Responsible Down Standard). RDS is a voluntary global standard aiming to ensure that down and feathers come from animals that have not been subjected to unnecessary harm.
Are down blankets suitable for all seasons?
Down blankets are versatile and can be suitable for various seasons, depending on their fill power and weight. Higher fill power-down bedding products tend to provide better insulation, making them suitable for colder months. Lighter-fill power blankets are ideal for spring and fall or for people who prefer less warmth while sleeping.
I see dark spots inside my down comforter. Is it defective?
Not at all. The dark spots you may notice through the white fabric are naturally occurring black or gray down and feathers. These are completely normal and safe. We choose not to use chemical decolorizers, opting instead to limit darker feathers to about 1% for a more natural and healthy product.
